The image from Tiago made me feel like someone was guided by light, and wanted to go out of the confined space where the image was taken … or maybe it was just me that needed to go out. As I suffered from a broken leg and had stayed home for many months, this picture was like an excuse to have a slow walk in the park on a very sunny and cold day. Nobody was there except those birds. In the moment where one flew away, I took this photo and I felt like me and the man in the previous picture were watching it at the same time. As I work with analogue black and white film, the sun on the grain gave this very grainy and blurred mood, as if it was the dream of the man.
